Holy Basil or Vana Tulsi is an herb used in Ayurveda. It is considered warming, having qualities of antiseptic, strengthening the immune system and known to be adaptogenic to fundamentally restore balance and harmony in the mind, body and spirit.  It has been used for thousands of years to support a healthy response to stress.
