Ashwagandha Root Extract (withania somnifera) 1oz, also known as Indian Ginseng; tinctured and sold in cobolt blue bottle to protect from light.  Herb is sourced from a certified organic farm.  Extracted using a 50% alcohol solution; use with caution if choosing to give to children. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic and nourishing herb, most notably used when adrenals are depleted during stress. May also benefit testosterone levels.
